I grew up in my family's seasonal, small, daily changing menu, chalk board restaurant kitchen, (called Coles Restaurant, Marlborough) learning about flavours, fresh produce and style. Passionate about food being a collaborative experience that can be relaxing, enjoyable and simple.

My Dad was a Chef and Restaurateur for 40 years and my Mum an Artist, chef and pastry chef. So I am born with food and aesthetic in my blood.
